Etalon Mix No. 4 "Dark Blonde" eyebrow pigment, intended for permanent makeup and tattooing.
A mix with a yellow base.
Best suited for blondes and women with gray hair.
Ideal for covering warm tones of old permanent makeup (PMU).
To cover red and purple tones, use together with the "Yellow" and "Orange" modifiers.
