§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Working days - days from Monday to Friday except for public holidays in Poland.
Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code.
Consumer - a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Account - a free-of-charge feature of the Store (service provided electronically), regulated by separate
terms and conditions, thanks to which each subject using the Store can set up an individual account in
the Store.
Buyer - any entity buying from the Store.
Privileged Buyer - a Buyer who is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
Privileged Entrepreneur - a natural person who enters into a contract with the Seller directly related to
his business, but not of a professional nature for him.

Consumer Rights Act - the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.
The provisions of the Terms and Conditions regarding products apply to both movable things
(goods) and Digital Content.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. For the proper functioning of the Store you need:
● a device with access to the Internet
● a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
2. For placing an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements specified in paragraph 1, an active
e-mail account is necessary.
§ 4 STORE PURCHASES
1. The prices of the products shown in the Store are the total prices for the product.
2. The Seller points out that the total price of an order consists of the indicated in the Store: the price
for the product and, if applicable, the cost of delivery of the goods.
3. The product selected for purchase must be added to the shopping cart in the Store.
4. The buyer then selects the method of delivery of the goods and the method of payment for the order
from among the options available in the Store, and provides the data necessary to complete the order
placed.
5. The order is placed when the Buyer confirms its contents and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
6. Placing an order is the same as concluding a contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
7. The Buyer may register with the Store, i.e. create an Account therein, or make purchases without
registration by providing his/her data with each possible order.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
1. An order may be paid for, at the Buyer's option:
a. by simple bank transfer to the Seller's bank account;
b. by payment card:

● Maestro
c. via a payment platform:
● Blue Media
● PayPal
● PayU
● Przelewy24
● TPay.com
d. cash on delivery, i.e. by card or cash at the time the goods are delivered to the Buyer;
e. by card or cash at the time of self-pickup of the goods.
2. If the Buyer chooses to pay via the Blue Media payment platform, the online payment service
provider is Blue Media S.A.
3. If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance, the order must be paid for within 2 Business Days of placing
the order.
4. The Seller informs that in the case of payment methods, in which the field for entering the data
necessary to complete the payment appears immediately after placing the order, payment of the order
is possible only immediately after placing the order.
5. By making purchases in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The
Buyer has the right to withdraw his acceptance.
§ 6 ORDER PROCESSING
1. The delivery time of the order is 30 Working Days.
2. If the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed with the order after
payment.
3. Countries on the territory of which delivery is made:
a. Poland
b. The territory of the European Union
c. United Kingdom
4. Products purchased from the Store are delivered - depending on which method of delivery the Buyer
has chosen:
a. through a courier company;
b. via the Polish Post;
c. via ORLEN Parcels;
d. to InPost parcel machines;
e. electronically, to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer when placing the order - in the
case of Digital Content.
5. The Buyer may pick up the goods in person at the company's headquarters during its opening hours.
6. If the Buyer chooses to pick up the goods in person, the goods will be ready for pickup on the
indicated order completion date.
